A high percentage of our customers are located in Dorset and Hampshire as they love knowing we can drop in and visit should the need arise.

However, we also look after companies much further afield within the UK and would be delighted to hear from your business wherever you are based. Our philosophy here at Jet Telecom is to talk in plain English without dropping acronyms and industry jargon into conversations, emails or quotations. We all know how frustrating it can be as a customer when dealing with large companies for products and services – countless hours on the phone – having to explain the situation to someone new every time – being told different things by all those different people and so on.

This is something you will never experience as a customer of Jet Telecom, as you will have one point of contact who is experienced in the industry and will not try to sell you services which you don’t need. We believe in listening to our customers, both new and existing, and using that information to build a solution that fits both the requirement and the budget. If there is a less expensive way of doing something we will tell you, and as always, in plain English.
