About Us

Jet Telecom was formed back in 2007 on the Dorset coast in Bournemouth, which is where the company operates from to this day. After spending 10 years working for Global Crossing, BT, Verizon and the telecoms wholesale channel, founder Adam Simmonds decided to set up a voice and data business which offers great service and value to companies predominatly based in the South and South West.

Experiencing first hand how larger telecoms organisations treat customers like a number and pass them from pillar to post when they have a problem or query, Adam wanted to take a hands-on approach and run a business which local companies could feel close to and have things explained to them in plain English, and promptly.

This model has proven to be a success, and 17 years on, Jet Telecom is still proudly taking care of local and multi national businesses who are happy to let us advise and recommend products and services which make their operations run smoothly, and save them money.
