How long does it take to transfer my lines and calls from my existing provider?

If you have ISDN or PSTN lines then it takes 14 days for a transfer of services to complete, and usually about the same for SIP / VoIP transfers. There is no downtime and the whole process is managed by us.

I have SIP / VoIP with another supplier but am not happy with the quality of calls, can you help?

Yes we can help. A lot of SIP providers route via non BT IP Exchange methods, so you will usually suffer with poor quality calls and drop outs, even if your broadband or data connection is good. Contact us to find out how we can supply you with reliable and crystal clear VoIP calls.

Do you offer out-of-hours support for all your services?

Yes all services provided by Jet Telecom have 24/7 support desks based in the UK, and the phones are answered quickly.

My broadband connection with my existing supplier is slow, how can I get faster speeds?

We have many different business class data service packages ranging from ADSL right up to 1Gbps private leased lines, so call us or request a call back so we can check what’s available in your area and run through your various options.

I think we are paying too much for our current telecoms bill with another provider, can you do better?

Almost certainly. We would love to analyse your bill and highlight areas where we could reduce your costs, whilst supplying your business with the best quality services available.

I am concerned at switching from ISDN lines to SIP Trunking. How do I know Jet Telecom can supply a robust and stable SIP service?

We only use BT Wholesale for landline services and the BT IP Exchange for SIP and Hosted VoIP services, so you can be assured that all of your services with Jet are on the most stable and well maintained platforms in the UK. We offer the best value possible and never cut corners by using inferior wholesale suppliers.
