Jet Telecom have been our supplier of choice since 2007 when we decided to bring all of our phone lines under the control of one supplier. We picked Jet Telecom to be that supplier, and since then, our relationship with them has gone from strength to strength. They make my life as the IT Director of a large national care provider much easier by making tiresome telecoms problems generated when we take over other businesses simply ‘go away’; normally without any further intervention required from me. Very recently we decided to migrate over 25 offices plus our Headquarters away from ISDN lines onto SIP Trunking. This was a large project with many potential pitfalls such as lost telephone numbers, poor voice quality, or even worse total failure of the voice platform. However, by using Jet’s SIP service, the migration went literally without a hitch. This is a result that I had planned for and expected from Jet, and stands as a great testimony to how good their service is.
